Dampak Kebisingan pada Pelaksanaan Proyek Konstruksi
Abstract
Kegiatan konstruksi seperti pembangunan gedung kantor, sekolah, apartemen, rumah sakit tentunya menimbulkan suara bising.
Construction activities such as build an office buildings, schools, apartments, hospitals certainly cause noise. This sound comes from construction machinery and equipment or the mobilization of materials transporting vehicles. The maximum noise threshold value that can be accepted by workers for 8 hours per day is 85 dBA. If the noise is greater than 90 dBA it can cause physical disturbances to the ear organs in the form of acoustic trauma, temporary treshold shiffs and Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL).. In Indonesia, the prevalence of NIHL reached 2.6% in 2013 which is estimated will increase. Therefore, the implementation of occupational safety and health management in construction projects is very important, which aims is to ensure that workers construction projects obtain a good degree of health, including physical, mental, emotional and social health by means of promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative efforts against diseases or health problems caused by work factors and work environment as well as general illnesses.
